GoodLife Fitness in Antigonish is seeking a Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer) to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional service at the front desk. You will guide members in achieving personal fitness goals, conduct orientations, and participate in outreach events to grow the club community.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, a passion for fitness, CPR certification within 3 months, and a flexible schedule.

• Willingness to work a variable schedule and adapt to shift changes.
• CPR certification to be obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Prospect new memberships and follow up to close sales.
• Generate membership leads through events, outreach, referrals and partnerships.
• Build relationships with members, assess goals, and counsel on lifestyle changes.
• Schedule appointments and tours for individuals and corporate clients.
• Coach and orient new members through cardio and weight-training sessions.
• Staff front desk, greet members, and maintain club cleanliness.

Highly energetic and ready to assist, Fitness Trainers have a passion for fitness, and can easy approach the public in outreach opportunities. This position is eligible for commissions in addition to the base wage.
