The role requires 5+ years in hospitality, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage costs and staffing while maintaining a safe, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing COGS and labor costs.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Availability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Comfort with fast-paced, noisy environments.
