GoodLife Kids is seeking an Assistant General Manager on Calgary's Stephen Avenue to lead onboarding and staff development for a vibrant fitness club. You will coach a sales-driven team focused on helping new and existing members achieve their health goals and contribute to the club's financial health.

You will support the General Manager with daily operations, drive member engagement, and foster a culture aligned with caring, integrity and inclusion.

This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary.
