Jack Astor’s within Service Inspired Restaurants in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in leading a high-volume team, delivering top-quality food and memorable guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage financials, and uphold our values to drive engagement and operational success.

• 2-3 years restaurant management experience in a similar high-volume environment.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
• Experience managing sales, inventory, cash and analytical tasks.
• Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification.
