Service Inspired Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Jack Astor’s in Mississauga. You will assist the GM in leading a high-volume team to deliver top-quality food, outstanding guest experiences, and memorable service.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, monitor sales and costs, and drive growth while upholding Jack’s values. Strong English, computer savvy, and Smart Serve certification are required.

Competenze

• 2-3 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
• Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks.
• Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification.
