Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Jack Astor’s in a high-volume setting. You will assist the GM in leading the team to deliver top-quality food, outstanding guest experiences, and memorable service.

You will develop leadership skills, coach and support staff, manage financials to meet goals, uphold our values, and inspire energy and enthusiasm across the team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years restaurant management experience in a similar high-volume environment.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
• Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks.
• Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification.
