Job summary

Boston Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee daily restaurant operations, including training, staffing, scheduling and performance management of the Front of House team. You will ensure guests have an exceptional experience and contribute to a positive, safe, and collaborative workplace culture.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and drive results while maintaining Brand Standards and Food Safety.

Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Assistant General Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversees the daily operations of the Restaurant. This includes the training, development, staffing, scheduling and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish.
