Job summary

Boston Pizza Canada is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee Front of House staffing, training, scheduling and performance management, and ensure an outstanding Guest experience from start to finish.

You will champion a fun, safe work environment, develop your team through coaching and mentorship, and drive results while upholding brand standards and food safety in a fast-paced, multi-shift setting.

Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Assistant General Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversees the daily operations of the Restaurant. This includes the training, development, staffing, scheduling and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish.
