What is the opportunity?
The Enterprise Legal Advisory Team is staffing an Assistant General Counsel role, ultimately reporting through RBC’s Global Head of Litigation. As such, experience with securities litigation is strongly preferred.In this role, the successful candidate will provide legal advice to RBC on ESG strategic initiatives, as well as all matters relating to Intellectual Property, Marketing & Sponsorships. This newly created role will lead a team of lawyers and paralegals providing advice to the Enterprise and provide a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the enterprise on important initiatives.
