Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Ontario, Toronto area, is seeking an experienced Front Store Manager to lead store operations and guest experience. This role focuses on managing human, physical, and financial resources to achieve store objectives and improve product flow from backroom to sales floor.

You will partner with the FSM and management team to optimize staffing, leverage WFM, and uphold store standards while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability.
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
