Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. Winnipeg is seeking an experienced Front Store Manager Assistant to help oversee operations and staff, focusing on delivering excellent customer service and strong product flow from backroom to sales floor.

You will partner with the FSM to manage scheduling, training, and performance, uphold store standards, and drive profitability while supporting your team and local community with engagement and reliable leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Work with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
• Assist FSM with labour scheduling and maximize labour productivity.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate to operate the business.
• Assist with hiring for all departments excluding Pharmacy.
• Maintain wage administration within guidelines.
• Drive Blue Culture, engagement and motivate staff through core values.
