Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver world-class hospitality. Start date November 2026 and a permanent, full-time role with on-site duties and exceptional guest service expectations.

This position requires supervisory experience, Opera PMS and Microsoft Office proficiency, plus a commitment to guest satisfaction. On-site staff accommodations and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Job Description

Join the prestigious Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Front Office Manager and lead a dynamic team in delivering world-class hospitality. Step into a leadership role where your passion for service, attention to detail, and ability to inspire will elevate our guests' experiences.

Job Duties Include:

• Oversee thedaily front office operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, smooth departures, and an exceptional guest journey.
• Hiring, coaching, developing, and performance managing the Front Desk team
• Resolve guest concerns with care, professionalism, and prompt action, ensuring every guest leaves witha lasting impression.
• Improve service delivery by streamlining procedures and removing obstacles that hinders service
• Developvisionary proposals aimed at improving service climate, colleague moral, and shareholder return
• Manage staff schedules and handle payroll processing.
• Practicing room yield management, to ensure maximum profitability of overall operations
• Oversee inventory management, including room types and categories.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in front office operations
• Hotel Operationsdiploma or degree from a recognized institute an asset
• Operational knowledge and use of Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
