Assistant Food and Beverage Manager - Vespra Hills Golf Club

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will facilitate the daily operation of the food and beverage facilities.
Responsibilities
- Report to your workstation at scheduled times to maintain operational efficiency.
- Complete all tasks as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager in a timely manner.
- Execute banquet operations successfully by completing all related tasks and duties.
- Work safely and efficiently during service times to ensure high-quality service in a cost-effective environment.
- Follow all operational manuals, procedures, and schedules to ensure smooth daily routines.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and checking invoices for quality, quantity, and pricing.
- Communicate professionally with the Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, and team regarding food service issues.
- Maintain professionalism at all times, representing yourself, the team, the club, and ClubLink with integrity.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience required.
- High standards for service quality and consistency.
- Creative, hardworking, and motivated to deliver innovative service styles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as scheduled.
