Assistant Food and Beverage Manager - Emerald Hills Golf Club

ClubLink, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario, Canada

Emerald Hills Golf Club is hiring! Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will facilitate the daily operation of the food and beverage facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Report to workstation at scheduled times to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Complete all tasks as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a timely manner.
  • Execute banquet operations successfully by completing all related tasks and duties.
  • Work safely and efficiently during service times to ensure high-quality service in a productive and cost-effective environment.
  • Follow all operations manuals, opening and closing procedures, daily worksheets, restaurant procedures, cleaning schedules, and other routines.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and checking invoices for quality, quantity, and pricing.
  • Communicate professionally with the Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, and team regarding food service issues.
  • Represent yourself, the team, the club, and ClubLink professionally at all times.

  • Creativity, dedication, and motivation for leading-edge service styles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends, as the position requires a varied schedule.
