A Typical Workday

Under your manager's support, ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team.

Sales Responsibilities
  • Enhance store performance and profitability

  • Schedule staff efficiently based on performance
  • Communicate sales goals and motivate the team

  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations
