Job Description

The McDonald’s restaurant of Charlevoix is looking for an Assistant Manager. This position will allow you to grow and take on diverse and stimulating responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage crew breaks and team positioning
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, ordering supplies, conducting interviews, and inventory management
• Perform cash counts and prepare deposits
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards
• Support team members with food preparation or service
• Train and develop your team
• Perform other related tasks
