Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Saskatoon, SK is hiring an Assistant Department Manager, Restaurant at our Brighton location. You will help lead a team, coach staff, and ensure Always Customer First service in a fast-paced grocery setting.

Responsibilities include training and development, performance management, communicating key messages, and assisting with stock counts and entrepreneurial growth strategies to drive sales while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Food Safe Certification required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Leadership potential and coaching ability.

• Assist with leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to team members.
• Foster a positive environment focused on Always Customer First service.
