Job summary

Save-On-Foods is seeking an Assistant Department Manager, Bakery for the Brocklehurst location in Kamloops, BC. The role requires open availability and up to 40 hours per week, with compensation in the $19.25–$22.60 per hour range.

You will lead a bakery team, coach staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining inventory accuracy and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Food Safe Certification required.
• Passion for great food and outstanding customer service.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the bakery team and act as coach and mentor to team members.
