Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Richelieu, Quebec is seeking an assistant department manager to help run daily operations, coach staff, and deliver friendly, efficient service.

You will collaborate with the department manager to supervise inventories, price lists, basic marketing, and staff development while upholding exceptional customer service. Applicants with 2 years in retail or customer service and a high school diploma are encouraged to apply.

What might a typical day look like?

As an assistant department manager, you will have to :
