Job summary

Laser Clinics Group in Toronto is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager at Union Station to support the Clinic Manager, lead a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding client results.

You will be involved in HR processes and operations, gaining exposure to a global aesthetics leader with clear career progression and training programs. The role offers flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Medical Aesthetician Diploma or laser certifications required or preferred.
• Experience with skin assessments and treatments is desirable, with training provided.
• Punctual, organized and supportive; ability to foster team wins and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic team and drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Onboard, train, and coach team members to grow skills and confidence.
• Provide aesthetic services (laser hair removal, facials, skin needling, peels, Hydrojelly masks).
