Laser Clinics Union Station in Toronto is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to support the Clinic Manager in driving a high-performing team and delivering exceptional client results.

You will lead staff across HR processes, finances, operations, and professional development, while offering laser hair removal and skin treatments to clients. This role offers full-time, on-site work with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have Medical Aesthetician Diploma or Laser and Advanced skin certifications.
• Experience with skin assessments and treatments is desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the clinic team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Support onboarding, training, and coaching to develop staff.
• Provide aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal and facials.
