Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and goals.
• Coach and motivate the team; lead regular huddles and promote two-way feedback.
• Support daily department operations including merchandising, staffing, and cleanliness.
