Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Canada) is seeking a dynamic Retail Banking professional to develop new business and deliver a range of retail banking products to targeted customers from our Toronto location. The role involves promoting, selling, and delivering products to meet sales goals, and supporting web and social media marketing efforts.

Reports To: Head of Retail Banking Department

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Location: 333 Bay St, Toronto, ON M5H 2R2

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business for the Retail Banking Department by promoting and delivering a range of retail banking products and services to targeted customers and groups.
• Promote, sell, and deliver retail banking products and services so as to meet the sales goals.
• Support on Web Product optimization and Social Media management, strategically planning and optimizing channels for the Bank's branding and marketing.
• Provide administrative support for Branches Marketing, actively support and guide branches in conducting marketing activities for retail business.
• Expand potential customer groups in line with the retail target customer development strategy.

Requirements:

Required Formal Education:

• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services or Banking Industry.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with customers.
• Highly motivated, committed, and responsible, with the ability to work in a team environment.
