You will lead by example, coach and develop staff, manage loan processes, and help grow the branch while maintaining compliance and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree beneficial.
• 1-2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence others.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Strong customer guidance and service orientation.
• Commitment to career development and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in leading the team and delivering exceptional service.
