About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Law Clerk to join our Toronto Banking and Finance practices.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Personal Property Security Act (PPSA) and other relevant statutes, regulations and compliance requirements as well as a grounding in secured lending and financing transactions. Working as part of our asset search law clerk group, you will support lawyers and clients with various aspects of commercial lending, secured financing and acquisition transactions.
