Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Listowel, ON is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to create a safe, secure store environment for customers, associates, and vendors. You will help prevent loss, support store profitability, and protect people and merchandise.

Responsibilities include store security patrols, investigations, emergency response support, external apprehensions when needed, and clear reporting to leadership. Candidates must be 16 or older and hold a Security Guard License.

Responsabilités

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: conducts daily patrols to ensure a safe environment and verifies doors, showcases, and security features.
• Investigations and Case Support: investigates shrink incidents and communicates findings to Store Leadership; escalates for internal investigations as needed.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: supports store evacuations and emergency procedures during incidents.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: carries out external apprehensions when required, in compliance with policies and legal standards.
• Communication and Reporting: gathers and communicates information clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Additional Duties: completes other responsibilities to support evolving business needs and Asset Protection priorities.
• Flexibility: open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
