Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to help maintain a safe and secure store environment at our Duncan location. You will contribute to reducing shrink, protecting people, merchandise, and the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include store patrols, investigations, emergency response, and reporting to leadership. Flexibility to work various shifts is expected; minimum pay starts at $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Security Guard License is required.

Responsibilities

• Patrols the store daily to ensure a safe, secure environment for customers and associates.
• Investigates incidents of shrink and communicates findings to Store Leadership.
• Supports emergency procedures and store evacuations as needed.
• Conducts external apprehensions in accordance with policy and legal standards when required.
• Gathers information from multiple sources and reports clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
