Job summary

Sephora Canada in Markham is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard store assets and support leadership in loss prevention. This role focuses on surveillance, reporting, and professional interactions with customers and partners.

You will conduct self-audits, assist inventory prep, and help develop shrinkage prevention plans. A minimum of 1 year in asset protection and a high school diploma are required; flexibility to work varied shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year asset protection experience in a retail environment.
• Satisfy and maintain licensing requirements as required.
• Strong written, verbal, interviewing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and coach others on loss prevention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients as needed.
• Conduct surveillance and deter theft using CCTV as appropriate.
• Prepare reports on theft incidents, recoveries and audits.
• Develop professional relationships with store staff, law enforcement, mall security and retailers.
• Testify in court when required and provide training to new hires.
