Responsibilities

• Supports the enforcement and application of Walmart Logistics’ policies and procedures by regularly inspecting the workplace to maintain its site safety and security.
• Provides strong leadership to the Site Associates, coaching for success and engaging.
• Investigates and documents all incidents of loss including theft, property damage, security breaches, and shrink, and prepares investigation reports.
• Provides training support to operations through identification, development, and delivery of AP training and education.
