Responsibilities

• Maintains store financial integrity and profitability by ensuring accurate pricing and inventory control.
• Coordinates and processes direct and local shipments to the sales floor, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol and warehouse trailers.
• Keeps receiving, claims and offices neat, clean and organized.
• Follows cold chain guidelines and documents information on the Receiving Temperature Log / Spark App.
• Assists in shrink prevention by timely scanning damaged and stolen merchandise.
• Maintains up-to-date returns, vendor returns and recalls paperwork, handling SORT and Global Donation Merchandise as required.
• Monitors returns and shrink, recording shrink wins and keeping chargebacks to a minimum.
• Keeps knowledge of company policies and processes for damaged and recalled merchandise up to date and ensures new store programs are followed.
• Ensures invoicing controls are followed and payments for merchandise and services are timely.
• Reviews MU/MD exception reports, scans exceptions, applies price overrides and handles 2 cent reports.
