In this role, you will continually monitor asset operations, analyze costs, and implement best practices to ensure optimal performance. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to drive success.

Qualifications

• Education – College or University Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience – 2-5 years of experience in an asset management or maintenance role, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
• Skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving asset performance.
• Technical Aptitude – Proficient in asset management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant programs.
• Communication – Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Improve Reliability – Develop strategies to enhance the reliability and efficiency of mobile assets.
• Failure Analysis – Conduct analysis on troublesome equipment, recommending actions to resolve issues.
• Reporting and Analysis – Produce financial and operational reports to support and drive business decisions.
• Lifecycle Management – Analyze equipment life cycles to determine the optimal times for purchasing, selling, or rebuilding assets.
• Procurement Coordination – Coordinate the selling, purchasing, and disposal of equipment as required.
• Monitor Rented Equipment – Oversee the use of rented equipment, maintaining full accountability for this task.
