Job summary

The Region of Waterloo is seeking a Manager to plan, develop, implement, and continually improve the corporate asset management program and related decision-support systems.

You will build BI reporting tools, design dashboards, and collaborate across business units to support funding, operations, and maintenance of infrastructure.

This temporary 12-month assignment offers a hybrid work arrangement at 150 Frederick St, with 35-hour weeks and opportunities to lead multi-department projects.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or diploma in engineering or related field.
• Experience in asset management planning and performance measurement.
• Strong knowledge of BI reporting and analytics.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continually improve asset management program and plan.
• Design and develop BI reporting tools and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on KPIs and dashboards.
• Coordinate with vendors and ITS for systems updates.
• Oversee data governance and data quality for asset data.
