Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an Advisor, Asset Management Governance in Toronto to support governance, reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement across asset classes.

Responsibilities include coordinating Asset Management Assurance Plans and governance actions, developing processes and reports for senior management, maintaining SharePoint permissions and records, and facilitating meetings, training, and change initiatives with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years in field operations.
• Experience with governance, reporting, process improvement and change initiatives.
• Strong MS Office and SharePoint proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Support SharePoint site maintenance, permissions, and document/records management.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and SMEs to support alignment and program improvements.

Schedule: Hybrid - Onsite Mon/Tue/Wed; Remote Thu/Fri

Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extensions

Support the Asset Management Program through governance, reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement activities across asset classes.

• Change management certification is an asset.
