Job summary

Matrix360 Inc. is actively seeking an Analyst, Asset Management to join a national real estate platform. You will work directly with leaders across asset management, investments, leasing, and operations to optimize a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets.

You will build financial models in Argus and Excel, analyze performance, and support financing and capital planning. This role offers growth, mentorship, and exposure to strategic decision-making within

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Asset Management, Real Estate Investments, Acquisitions, Valuations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Argus Enterprise is required.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience analyzing leases, cash flow projections, and portfolio performance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models using Argus Enterprise and Excel.
• Analyze asset performance, cash flows, budgets, and variances.
• Support financing, refinancing, and capital planning initiatives.
• Conduct market research and due diligence to support investment strategies.
• Evaluate leases, renewals, and portfolio opportunities to maximize value.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership.
• Assist with portfolio business planning and redevelopment analysis.
• Partner with asset management, leasing, and investment teams on high-impact initiatives.

What We Need

As the Analyst, Asset Management, you will:

What You Offer

• 2+ years of experience in Asset Management, Real Estate Investments, Acquisitions, Valuations, or a related field

• Experience analyzing leases, cash flow projections, and portfolio performance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Argus Certification (ASC) considered a strong asset
• A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within commercial real estate
