Placements24 is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Manager to oversee the integrity of an extensive pipeline network in Kimberley, Northern Cape. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of asset integrity management experience, with a strong focus on pipelines in oil & gas or chemicals.
• Proven RBI, FFS, and corrosion management expertise.
• Familiarity with ASME B31.4, API 570, API 1160.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Experience supervising hybrid remote/on-site teams and external service providers.

• Develop and implement an Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) for pipeline assets.
• Oversee inspection programs (NDT, ILI, corrosion monitoring).
• Perform RBI and risk-based assessments to prioritize activities.
• Develop maintenance and repair strategies for pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and policies.
• Lead integrity engineers and technicians; manage third-party providers.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain asset integrity records and databases.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety teams.
