Job description

• Schedule jobs and resources to ensure efficient, on-time product is ready to ship at least two days before the required date.

• Verify material and resource availability to ensure efficient workflow and schedule attainment.

• Oversee CNC and router table operations including programming, and troubleshooting and liaison with Maintenance for monthly maintenance activities for the equipment in the department.

• Interpret and validate drawings to ensure accurate builds.

• Lead continuous improvement of work instructions, processes and equipment.

• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, workflow optimization, and departmental reorganization.

• Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met.

• Manage reporting and follow-up processes related to output, quality, and safety.

• Support cross-training and resource flexibility to adapt to scheduling changes and business needs.
