Job summary

Advantage Personnel is hiring Assembly Line / Production Workers for a busy food production facility in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. Starting pay is $17.95/hour with increases to $19.00/hour after 3 months, and opportunities for higher rates in some departments.

Shifts run days, Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. This is a full-time position with potential for permanent placement and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, repetitive work environment.
• Reliable employees with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain physically active.
• Comfortable working in a cold-temperature production environment.
• Previous experience in assembly line, production, manufacturing, packaging or general labour is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sorting, inspecting and packaging product.
• Working on production and packaging lines to meet daily targets.
• Harvesting, trimming and preparing product.
• Labeling and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
• Keeping pace with production requirements.
• Supporting other production departments as needed.
• Following all food safety and workplace safety procedures.
