Job summary

Une entreprise réputée dans le secteur de la fabrication recherche un assembleur-mouleur pour participer à la fabrication de chenilles en caoutchouc. Ce poste permanent et à temps plein nécessite une coordination rigoureuse et l'usage de vos capacités physiques. Les quarts de travail peuvent être en soirée ou de nuit, avec des primes de quart attractives.

• Capacité à comprendre et suivre la documentation de production.
• Respect de toutes les règles de sécurité et des procédures de travail.

Responsibilities

• Fabriquer des chenilles en caoutchouc en suivant chaque étape de la recette.
• Mettre en place et faire fonctionner les équipements de production.
• Assurer la qualité du produit à chaque étape du processus.

As an assembler-moulder, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of our rubber tracks for the defense, agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to :

• Manufacture rubber tracks while following each step of the manufacturing recipe
• Set up and operate the press and any other equipment used for production
• Understand and follow the documentation for the various production models
• Ensure product quality at each step of the process
• Respect all safety rules, factory regulations and work procedures in place
• Keep your workplace clean
• Perform any other related tasks

• Permanent full-time position
• Shift: evening or night shifts (5x8h or 3x12h + 1 Saturday/month)
• Salary: starting at $28.43/hr + salary progression over 2 years
• Shift premium: $1.50/hr evening / $2.50/hr night / $1.25/hr 12 hr
