Qualifications

• Savoir utiliser des instruments de mesure comme les mètres rubans et les verniers.
• Être capable d'effectuer des tâches physiques en chaleur pendant l'été.
• Avoir la capacité de coordonner les mouvements des membres.

Responsibilities

• Fabriquer des tracks en caoutchouc en suivant les procédures de production.
• Configurer et utiliser la presse ainsi que les autres équipements de production.
• Assurer la qualité du produit à chaque étape du processus.

As an assembler-moulder, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of our rubber tracks for the defense, agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. In This Position, You'll Have The Opportunity To

• Manufacture rubber tracks while following each step of the manufacturing recipe
• Set up and operate the press and any other equipment used for production
• Understand and follow the documentation for the various production models
• Ensure product quality at each step of the process
• Respect all safety rules, factory regulations and work procedures in place
• Keep your workplace clean
• Perform any other related tasks
• Permanent full-time position
• Shift: evening or night shifts (5x8h or 3x12h + 1 Saturday/month)
• Salary: starting at $28.43/hr + salary progression over 2 years
• Shift premium: $1.50/hr evening / $2.50/hr night / $1.25/hr 12 hr

• Know how to use measuring instruments such as tape measures and verniers
• Ability to read, write and speak French
