EQ Bank is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support GIC issuances, pricing, payments, and lifecycle events. You will assist daily treasury operations and perform ad-hoc analyses while collaborating with internal and external partners in a hybrid Toronto team.

Ideal candidates bring an undergraduate degree and knowledge of banking products, capital markets exposure, and strong Excel skills with SQL/SAS. This role offers growth within a fintech environment and a track record of learning and ownership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field is required.
• Knowledge of banking products such as loans and deposits.
• Exposure to capital markets, including fixed income pricing.
• Ability to break down processes to simpler steps.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly GIC operational activities.
• Maintain controls and resilient operations.
• Optimize processes and upgrade outputs.
• Manage day-to-day cash/investment operations with stakeholders.
• Act as a back-up for treasury processes and handle ad-hoc analyses.
