Mt Seymour seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to partner with the F&B Manager in operating and developing all Mt Seymour food and beverage for summer and winter, including The Rockchute Bar and Restaurant, Grillwork’s Casual Dining, Harold’s Café, catering and events, and outdoor patio services.

This developmental role trains toward a Food & Beverage Manager position in approximately 12–18 months, with opportunities to lead a ~65-person F&B team and manage budgets, inventory, safety, and

Qualifications

• Credentials in Food and Beverage/Hospitality Management, combined with a minimum of 3–5 years of high-volume Food & Beverage management experience.
• Experience with ordering and inventory management for food and beverage items.
• Experience budgeting with strong financial management aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, operate and develop all F&B operations at Mt Seymour across seasons.
• Lead and evaluate ~65 F&B staff with supervisors, including hiring and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with liquor, health, and WorkSafe regulations.
• Develop and adhere to annual F&B operating budget and revenue controls.
