The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related interpreting experience, plus National Interpreting Certification and a Full Interpreting License. Strong interpersonal, ethical, and bilingual skills are essential for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of directly related experience required.
• National Interpreting Certification required and must be a member in good standing
• Full Interpreting License required and must be maintained

Responsibilities

• Provide direct interpreting services (90% of duties) between Deaf/Hard of Hearing individuals and university/community contacts.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support department operations and compliance with laws and policies.
