Job summary

NETINT Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior hardware design expert to lead the development of high-throughput cloud video encoders for its next-generation VPU. You will specify interfaces for video codec blocks and guide micro-architecture, RTL coding, and debugging efforts.

The role requires deep expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog, logic design, and DSP/multimedia aspects of video codecs. Prior experience with H.264/265/266 or AV1 is highly valued, with flexibility for a mixed on-site/remote

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering with specialized knowledge.
• Years of impactful experience in video hardware innovation.
• Mastery in Verilog/SystemVerilog programming; translate complex visions into hardware.
• Experience in DSP/Multimedia and video codec hardware implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design high-throughput cloud video encoders (H.264/H.265/H.266/AV1) for VPU.
• Lead the specification and interface design of video codec blocks.

• Design cutting-edge, high throughput cloud video encoders (H.264, H.265, H.266, AV1) for NETINT's next generation Video Processing Unit (VPU).
• Lead the specification and interface design of video hardware codec blocks.
• Oversee the micro-architecture coding and debugging of video hardware codec blocks.
• Applying expertise in logic design, micro-architecture, and RTL coding to develop innovative hardware solutions.
