You Are:

A technical powerhouse and subject matter expert in HBM protocols, with a proven track record in IP product development and verification. You thrive in a matrixed, international, and team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders. You work hands-on, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain a proactive attitude to achieve results. You are passionate about right-first-time development, ensuring traceability of verification requirements across the entire Controller and PHY ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bridging the gap between pre- and post-silicon verification
• Debugging issues found in production to enable volume ramp-up
• Root cause analysis and solution recommendation
• Developing and deploying tests on silicon as part of bring-up plans, with extensive knowledge of design internals
• Reproducing silicon failures on simulation and FPGA/Emulation platforms
• Contributing to hardware and firmware design of irritators to validate silicon features
• Collaborating closely with customers for successful IP bring-up
• Developing on-chip diagnosis tools for fast debugging

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Results-driven mindset
• Subject Matter Expert in HBM protocols
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues
• Experience in IP product development
• Strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and change management skills
• Solid hardware bring-up and debugging experience with ASICs, SoCs, or microprocessors
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl
• Understanding of DFT, ATPG, and design-for-debug techniques
