The Person

The ideal candidate will possess a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and curiosity to uncover hard-to-find issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and plan the verification effort for cutting-edge designs.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and physical design teams to achieve first-pass silicon success.
• Drive testbench architecture, development, planning, writing, and debugging of leading-edge IP.
• Promote adoption of industry best practices.
• Propose innovative, reusable, and scalable testbench architectures for future IP versions.
• Mentor younger team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in ASIC/FPGA verification with successful tapeouts.
• Designing and implementing self-checking testbenches, coverage techniques, and regression flows.
• Knowledge of modern verification practices including UVM, Formal Verification, and assertions.
• Experience with communications standards (e.g., IEEE 802.3 Ethernet, PCIe).
• Proficiency in Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with VCS, Perl/Shell scripting.

Academic Credentials

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
