Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to provide top-tier customer service with in-depth product knowledge for shoppers in the Richmond Hill area.

You will greet customers, understand needs, recommend products, inform them about promotions, and process transactions using our POS and Kiokii Loyalty Program. Maintain organized shelves, assist with stock counts, and support store opening and daily cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry and willingness to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication.
• Team-oriented with an energetic personality.
• Able to adapt to customer needs and inventory changes.
• Basic math proficiency for stock counts and loss prevention.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs; able to use ladders.
• Reliable in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.

Responsibilities
