Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is looking for a Sales Associate in Vancouver to provide top-tier customer service with deep product knowledge across Asian beauty, cosmetics, skincare and lifestyle items.

You will greet customers, assess needs, stay updated on promotions, and process transactions using the POS system and Kiokii Loyalty program. You’ll assist with stock, labeling, and store presentation while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Enthusiasm for Asian beauty products and trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with an energetic personality.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math for inventory counts and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
