Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the AS9100 QMS.
• Audit manufacturing documentation for compliance with quality, regulatory, customer, and contractual requirements.
• Develop audit plans, checklists, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Gather and evaluate objective evidence through document reviews, workplace observations, and interviews.
• Document audit findings, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and departments.
• Support corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve quality processes.
• Maintain complete, accurate audit records.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Audit manufacturing documentation for compliance with quality, regulatory, customer, and contractual requirements.
• Develop audit plans, checklists, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Gather and evaluate objective evidence through document reviews, workplace observations, and employee interviews.
• Document audit findings, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to management and affected departments.
• Support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor corrective actions to ensure they are completed on time and effectively address identified concerns.
• Participate in the Company’s Safety Management System and report applicable safety or quality findings.
• Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities to improve quality processes.
• Assist with assigning and tracking required training for employees and contractors.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and organized audit records.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Knowledge of the AS9100 Quality Management System requirements is preferred.
• Knowledge of internal-auditing principles, practices, and documentation.
• At least one year of experience participating in internal audits.
• At least six months of experience developing audit checklists and tracking audits against established schedules.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to identify non-conformities and communicate findings clearly and objectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
