Job description

As a Digital Art Director, you will be responsible for the conceptual development and execution of creative deliverables, including creating and communicating concepts, implementing marketing strategies, and developing interactive design solutions.

You will:

1. Develop concepts and communicate ideas.
2. Balance strategic development with client business objectives.
3. Direct and delegate to core creative services disciplines.
4. Contribute to project design and development, including creating storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and providing QA of all creative outputs.
5. Mentor and coach teams through project development and performance management.
6. Build relationships with clients, partner agencies, and vendors.
7. Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department.
8. Lead and collaborate with designers, writers, content analysts, and information architects.
9. Participate in strategic brainstorming, concept development, and creative execution.

You have:

• Experience leading creative teams and meeting clients.
• Experience in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
• Knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, QuickTime, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Leadership skills to foster learning and excellence.
• Illustration skills in electronic and traditional media.
