What We’re Looking For
  • Education– A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields); candidates with a dual background in Business/Management and technical disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
  • EarlyExposure to Sales or Projects– Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, technical solutions, customer engagement, or business development is highly valued.
  • Communication Skills– Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex technical concepts and confidently present to different audiences.
  • Analytical Skills– Demonstrated ability to break down problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions (through coursework, projects, or competitions).
  • Digital Skills– Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, or collaboration platforms is an advantage.
  • Team Orientation– Track record of working effectively in group projects, student organizations, or part-time jobs that required teamwork and collaboration.
  • Adaptability– Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and operate in a fast-paced, global business environment.
